Online Banking
View Only
Online banking will be in "view-only" mode beginning 5 pm February 28. This means you can see your account information but will be unable to make transfers, make payments, or set up new bill payments for future dates. You can access Pinnacle's online banking system on Monday, March 3 through www.pnfp.com.
Important Bill Pay Information
Any bill payments scheduled to occur on or after February 29 will not be paid and will need to be reestablished in the new online banking product. For your convenience, your payee names, account numbers, and addresses will be converted and can be used to reestablish your bill payments.
Important Transfer Information
Many clients have transfers set up through online banking - such as a monthly transfer from one of your accounts to another. Any transfers scheduled on your previous online banking system with a date of February 29 or later will not occur. You will need to reestablish those transfers. |
Login Information
- Go to www.pnfp.com. Bank of the South or PrimeTrust websites will redirect to Pinnacle's website.
- Enter your ID and passcode on the homepage and click "Log In."
- PrimeTrust and Bank of the South clients using the personal online banking system will use your current access ID and passcode the first time you log in. Bank of the South clients using business online banking
will receive a new passcode prior to March 3.
- You will be prompted to change your passcode.
- Provide your current e-mail address and select security questions and answers. From time to time, you may be asked to verify your identity by answering a challenge question you selected.
- You will need to read and click "I Agree" to the online banking disclosure.
Because we are not converting your history of transactions, you will have view-only access to your current online banking system through April 30 for reference and transaction downloads. You can access the login pages from the links to the left. You will use your current Bank of the South or PrimeTrust access ID and passcode.
Online Banking Enhancements
Pinnacle's online banking service offers several expanded capabilities to make your online experience even better.
- The accounts page provides a comprehensive view of all accounts in online banking, giving you a snapshot of your finances.
- Your account history will build up to 24 months starting March 3, and you will be able to see all transactions on a single register report.
- The "Finance Center" allows consumers and system administrators for business clients to add external accounts such as Raymond James Financial Services, American Express, or other online accounts and see balances for each account all in one area.
- You will be able to view the front and back images of checks and deposits on the same screen.
