Early Withdrawal Penalty

The following penalties may be applied if funds are withdrawn prior to maturity:

• No penalty if withdrawal is made in the first 10 days after the initial date of issuance. No earnings will be paid and no invasion of principal will be made on withdrawals made during this time period.
• 180 days loss of interest on any amount withdrawn at the interest rate in effect on the date of withdrawal, for any withdrawal made 11 or more days after the initial date of issuance.
